It is important to us at Ferdorie that every customer is satisfied with their order, so whether your new item doesn’t fit or you just changed your mind about a purchase you can send it back to us in exchange for a full refund. Outlined below is our returns and exchanges policy:

 

• You can return any item for a refund/exchange within 30 days from your order receipt.
• We will be refunded the price you paid for your item, back to your original payment method (we do not refund your shipping charge or gift wrapping charge).
• Free returns are only for Manufacturer Fault Claims, please remember all items are inspected before dispatch and false claims will be returned immediately. 
• All products must be returned undamaged with no signs of wear in the original packaging - if not, your return will be refused and sent back to you.
• You can exchange an item for another item of the same price or less. If you want to exchange your item for a cheaper item we will refund you the difference.
• IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, PLEASE DO NOT OPEN. PHOTOGRAPH THE DAMAGE AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.

When returning items, please use a tracked and insured service as this is your responsibility until we accept the item.
